VS his range its call flop.
He have some JJ/KT hands, and lot of hands with flushdraw + pair, or overcards with flushdraw and so on.
Just every time if you see something different (like this is defenetly) ask yourself, what makes sense?
Does he do it with flopped flush?
problably not, he wants check-raise or slowplay it.
But he can defenetly do it with KT, K with diamond, and so on.
Or just overpair, he think he have best hand, but he is scared of another diamond on turn.

      Hello dany2391,

First of all you can even consider often times raising bigger preflop just for the reason that he is so loose and going to Call our raise anyways, ~$0,22 or something similar. But postflop I'd say I am folding this, while we haven't even invested that much into the pot. And for profitable Call we need like 45% equity and for against some wider range we ain't getting this.

      Equity Win Tie Loss Hand
      Player 1: 60,104% 58,501% 3,206% 38,293% KsKh, KsKd, QsQc, QhQd, JsJh, JhJd, TT, 55, 33, 8d7d, AdKs, AcQd, KhTc
      Player 2: 39,896% 38,293% 3,206% 58,501% AsAh

And even if he has there like K:dT, we still at the best get a coinflip:

      Equity Win Tie Loss Hand
      Player 1: 49,798% 49,798% 0,000% 50,202% KdTh
      Player 2: 50,202% 50,202% 0,000% 49,798% AsAh

Therefore I prefer to fold in this situation while we only have invested like $0,18 and have to Call $1,79.

      Best regards.
