Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

      Known players:
      BU:
      $12.43
      SB (Hero):
      $1.71
      BB:
      $4.00
      UTG1:
      $5.90
      UTG2:
      $8.18
      MP1:
      $4.48
      MP2:
      $5.00
      MP3:
      $5.71
      CO:
      $1.39

Preflop: Hero is SB with T, A.
2 folds, MP1 calls $0.05, 2 folds, CO calls $0.05, BU calls $0.05, Hero raises to $0.25, 2 folds, CO calls $0.20, BU calls $0.20.

      Flop: ($0.85) J, 5, 6 (3 players)
Hero bets $0.60, CO folds, BU calls $0.60.

      Turn: ($2.05) A (2 players)
Hero bets $0.86, BU calls $0.86.

      River: ($3.77) 4 (2 players)

      Final Pot: $3.77.
      Results follow:

      BU shows a flush, ace high(7 T).
      Hero shows a pair of aces(T A).

BU wins with a flush, ace high(7 T).

      I have two questions:
      1. I don't know why T7s would call a such high raise before the flop.
      2. How to handle such a situation when there are 3 cards of the same suit on the flop or on the turn, and I have a top pair at the same time?

      Appreciated in advance.

IMHO your preflop raise was to small. I would make it 0.4 to go. (4xBB +3BB because of limpers +1BB because we oop)

      I check the flop.

I bet more on the flop. Your bet is less than 1/2 psb. As played you should ship the flop or check.

      Hello,

I check the FLop because you are multiway and you barely get any folds here

As played you have to shove for value but the mistake is on the FLop

      Best regards,
      Gerv
