      I´d rather 3-bet that flop and play for stacks. There can be a lot of bad turn and river cards that would freeze the action, so if he has there 44/55 ro even flushdraw then you´d prefer playing for stacks on the flop.
      I´d take river my free showdown, since flush got there and I think he won´t call your bet with worse hands. If you want him to call two pair hands then bet river 7-8$, that would likely get called more often than 13$
