I should really be betting more on the flop. I also hate my check behind on the turn. and to top it off I fold the river. I have noticed I do this with relative frequency. I should play bet-fold on the turn. If he calls here i'll often get a free showdown. If I check back the turn my line HAS to be to call the river?

      Hello Meemawuk,

Bet/Fold the turn for free showdown but as played not much you can do there, just give it up. He could easily have there some kind of flush with some weak card which he ain't laying down.

And yes, you could consider Calling on river if you Check behind on turn but not on card.

      Best regards.
