      I saw him making a call like this with 99 couple of hands before.I 3bet allin because of his stack,if i 3bet him normally the pot will be around 1$ and he would have ~1.5$ left

      Hello dudiloiu,

      Against his stack I don't even mind actually, although that doesn't give us much that he has made such a Call with 99. Against 99 we are behind and just flipping. But yes, for the given reason, you can likely raise there with over-shove while the pot on flop will be almost his stack. Although I still sometimes do the smaller raise like $0,45 and reevaluate on further streets, we still have position and so on, we don't have to put directly the money in there.
