      Preflop: Just 3bet against that kind of maniac and likely even play for stacks.

      Postflop: Depends a lot on your reads and how have you seen him playing? We likely only beat bluff here and of course it could be possible if you put him on some bluffing hand in multiway pot, what will not happen that often.
