after he checked the flop, turn was a miracle card, and i have seen people go nuts if you dont bet after their missed cbet, was concerned a bit about JJ/TT but i think he might check them on river

      Hey,
JJ,TT will most likely even c-bet the flop, but as played he will certainly bet river as well for value vs low pp`s. But i personally still like to take stab on that flop (cause we have equity from the pot and we just want to take it down without giving any free cards), but if u know players go crazy after you check behind. Then you should always call them down on similar situations.

      Hello phantommm92,

Depends what was your plan behind Checking on flop? Did you induce him to bet there or just went for pot control or ...? We can easily just bet the flop there and make him fol directly there. But as long you decided to go for the induce and pot control, you can likely Call it down there. He may easily have worse pairs and as well PPs which he is overplaying and of course bluffs as well.

      Best regards.

yeah, the plan was going for pot control+bluff inducing, if he check the turn, then i bet for value and protection

What PP's can he have that we are beating here? 55/66? Seems unlikely. By betting the flop theres a chance you can make him fold JJ/TT. This line looks like a complete bluff catcher to me unless he has some kind of 7x or maybe 78s. Also, you often have to give up on the turn when the board doesnt pair and another overcard comes.

noone isnt folding JJ/TT there to 1 bet and he might have 22,33,55,66

and depends what card comes on the turn, anything from 2 to 9 is good Q is good too, i would just fold to his bet if an A came, it hits his range so often.

and yeah, it was a bluffcatcher
