Thought I would add another example of KK hand with me 3-betting.... this time I felt the flop was less problematic, so had no hesitation calling this... rainbow board which I think was less likely to hit a villain's 3-bet calling range than JJ4...

Also, I didn't think he would play a flopped set this way on a fairly dry board... then again, these are micros so maybe I'm paying too much respect.. .:D

Is this a profitable play in long run?

Although his line is pretty strong (check-raising on a dry board), If he has a set, he has made a mistake by calling the 3-bet preflop. He can often have an overpair here. I probably stack off here too, but then again AA, KK and QQ are all losing hands this year for me so what do I know.

Interesting to see what the review is!

      Hello philhellmutt,

Doesn't really make sense for him to shove there with sets, he would rather slowplay them. Therefore I am as well calling it on 3bet pot, he could easily have worse overpairs there.

      Best regards.
