      problem with c/minraising is that he would not really fold better hands and if he sees you doing that with 66 then he might also 3-bet you on the flop with just with overcards and you have to fold your hand
      So I like c/c a lot better and if you want you can always lead turn yourself
      I guess you can bet turn with your equity and if you feel he is not folding overpairs or 7x to your river shove then c/f is fine
