      Preflop: Hero is UTG2 with T, A.
      Hero raises to $0.75, 2 folds, MP3 calls $0.75, 4 folds, 3 folds, 2 folds, BB folds.

      Flop: ($1.85) K, 2, K (2 players)
      Hero checks, MP3 checks.

      Turn: ($1.85) A (2 players)
      Hero bets $1.00, MP3 calls $1.00.

      River: ($3.85) A (2 players)
Hero bets $1.75, MP3 raises to $6.00, Hero raises to $11.00, MP3 raises to $21.92, Hero calls $10.92.

      Final Pot: $47.69.

Should we just flat his 3bet on the river or make some minraise to get called by some pocket pair or Kx? But it seems unlikely that he would 3bet low pocket on the river. Only 26 hands on guy 12/4.

I´d just b/c river, since although you´re likely chopping or are ahead, he won´t really call 3-bet with Kx and maybe out of 100 times he slowplayed pf KK and you loose the pot.
So you never get called by worse hands or get fold out better hands
