I have played jokerstars on and off for the past 4 years - I keep leaving as I am sick of the improbable hands that appear to beat huge hands - I keep going back to try again -as time dulls the senses- but within a few hands I am screaming at the screen again as the miracle out occurs , and then again and then again ,ad infinitum. Is it just me but I have success on Ladbrokes; BWIN and other sites but can't win on Jokerstars- it is the same 52 cards it should be the same odds but they always seem to hit. It is nothing to do with te number of hands i.e. online more hands played as these improbable outs start right away and continue(I must admit I have benefited from some but the majority go against me as I am usually ahead). Someone please put my mind at ease and agre that it is fixed so I won't go back again

the games on sites like ladbrokes or bwin are quite softer than on stars, so maybe you just suck

Well stronger players on average will go to showdown with stronger hands and fold some weaker hands that weaker players wouldn't be capable to get away from so it may seem like they only get strong hands vs strong hands all the time.

I play a lot in reg filled games and big pots are usually somewhat coolers (with few tilt stack offs here and there), main edge comes from smaller pots in those games.

If pokerstars was rigged it would've been proven long time ago since it ain't that hard to do having big hand database like some data mining sites or some people have.

too many players = too many hands played on stars = many compare to other site of bad beat = people tend to assume stars is rigged.

Think like this, If poker didnt had a lot of luck involved which made the fishes win sometimes then there would be no more money in poker to be made.

Basically half of these posters secretly work for the site.

Everyone knows all online poker is rigged.

Maybe indeed you're just playing bad.

The odds are the same, exactly the same for you to not know this smells of fishy play. You say they always seem to hit, the thing is - do you remember all your suckouts? Do you remember when your fav hands do hold up? Most likely not, people forget the times they win when dogs and forget times their aces hold up etc. People only seem capable of remember the times when they lose.

It's like people who whine rigged etc because their Aces and then Kings got cracked in a row. Yet if they bothered to take the time to actually look at the hand sample size they will indeed see over a significant number of hands their aces and kings hold up the times they are supposed too.

Like people say, pokerstars is a lot tougher than the two very soft sites you play, it's as simple as that. You are most likely being out played and should drop a lever or two.

ps: If the favorite hands always won, then there would be no poker at all. It would be far to easy to just wait for prem hands and knowing for sure they are going to hold. There are percentages and odds for a reason, there are no 100% hands to win preflop, simple as that or the game would be boring and far to easy?

imo pokerstars is the most rigged site. it's so obvious.

i recently deposited 100$ to multitable 1.75$ Turbos 9man SnGs

they are really soft. you know you are gonna get called by worst hands. problem is... YOU LOSE! you shove with the best hand and you busto out of nowhere.

      i've played 350 SnGs and my ROI is 2% . it's insane.

You shove with AKs he calls with A3o and 3 hits the board. all the time the same typical situations! i don't tilted just because i know i put my moneys in with the best hand. but im so angry with jokerstars. they want donkies in the site. they want to make us furious. some examples are following.

k4ileb, if you're complaining about losing hands where you're 60% preflop allin then you need to learn about statistics ;) Also your shove with KT is very questionable..

the only legitimate bad beat here is AK vs A3. Other hands, you are only 60% chance to win. Yup, study statistics bro. :f_cool:
