He's 3betting tight here, so I decided to call, because we're deep. I am not really sure about my turn play. Should I raise bigger or just shove ? I like my minraise because I have potsize bet left in case if I decid to bluff river

with min-raise you give him a little good pot odds to hit his flush or boat and likely you´d make a little bigger raise with your bluff, so I´d personally would raise turn to 32$
Don´t like your river shove, since even with set or two pair I think he may fold.
Since it is good bluffing card I´d bet river 48$ and likely have to call shove getting these odds.
