Hello, have anyone else a problem in cashing out from everest poker? I have issued a cash out order a month ago and still there are no money in my account.
I 've contacted support and they gave me a payment order number but from my bank they say that there was none of such and that a deposit never occured. Well I wish it will be resolved soon because I needed that money in the first place. All other times I 've made cash outs from everest there where no problem with it, but this time I have made I big one (like 3000$) there is... Hope its just a coincidence and that I will have my money sortly. I will post again with further details to tell you what happened since I know credibility for online casinos is their top priority.

I hope you don't use credit card to withdraw.

and I think money can disappear they will come back to everest, I think you should request bank statement with detail to send to everest.

that only my opinion coz I never meet that problem

Well I didn't manage to sort it out yet, the everest support asked me for additional information though about my bank so they can sent a letter to find out. I provided the information on monday. They said that they will forward them to their banking staff so I am still waiting for reply. To tell you the truth I am starting to get really annoyed by the matter but cannot do more than wait. If you are able to help I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Actually the only thing I did the past two weeks is quit playing poker, I know its sad cus I was really doing well but I lost motive from my pending cash out. Eitherway this situation is bad both for me and for everest and pokerstrategy since I was making about 2500$ rake every month. I just really wish this to end sortly to get back to playing poker!

      Hi XZaar,

Thank you. We will try to contact Everest Poker and get back to you as soon as we received a reply. Please allow a few days for this. This is not a promise as it may not be easy for us to get such information on a user.

There are cases where the transactions simply blocked in the system and will not allow neither bank to see it unless 30 days pass and the blockage is cleared from one end.

I suggest you contact them right away again.

      Ingrid

Everything alright except that when I issued a new withdrawal they now want me to verify my account... I mean wtf? You give me 3k$ and then ask for verification? LoL anyway I just send the last files for it and looking forward for some more $ and more poker. I can say I am a bit rusty from all this absence but I m starting slowly to make profit again. Thanks for your concern!

      Hi XZaar,

I think its pretty normal for them to request a verification for your account. Happens with almost everyone. You just need to provide them with the requested documents and should be fine. =)

Good luck and of course, keep me posted
