how do you play in such spots agains different opponents, i mean nothing wrong with donking as they usually raise better hands, fold worse, but there should be a better ev line?
i mean lets get some situations:
      a) vilains is a TAG 14/11/5 (pretty good one with about 70% cbet)
      b) LAG 35/25/8 floating a lot, etc.
      c)weak TAG 16/11/3 (cbet 85%)

and some arguments if the pot is heads up

      Hello phantommm92,

Actually with such a hand and on such a board, I am just donking no matter what. We want to find out where our hand stands and maybe even protect from overcards. And we will be pretty happy if we even take down the pot. And I guess likely goes for both HU/MW pots.

      Best regards.

well, then my question is, what if we c/r? i mean on such board he cbet pretty much a 100% of his range, also i dont think that he would ever 3bet as a bluff, so if his range is most broadways, and any pp, so he pratty much will always fold broadways and continue with 99+ or so. so this way we would get his cbet too

i mean nothing wrong with donking but i want more :f_biggrin:

Then we are turning our hand into bluff and we can't really always expect him to CBet. It's possible but still it's as well possible that he is Checking behind and takes the free card for an overcard which would be ugly for us on turn.

thats true, so basically its villain dependant, if hes cbeting most of the time, then c/r isnt too bad? of hes not then donking out is better

Why do you want to turn your hand into bluff? With Check/Raise you just make worse hands fold and better hand maybe even 3bet. :)
