Hero checks, BTN bets $10.90, Hero folds

      BTN wins $21.80

Sorry for my offensive language, change topic title if needed.

I was in two other very tight spots vs aggresive semi-maniacs on other table and had a hard choice when I found out I had a KK the rime was already near over, clicked on the timebank but it didn't trigger so I had one second left to do a 4bet, wasn't fast enough to shove so did a min 4bet.

Villian over 31k hands, losing player -1100bb.
      VP21/PF16/AF2.1/WTS28
      3B 5% / 3B BTN 7% / FOLD TO 4B 33%
      AGG% FLOP 35% / TURN 21% / RIVER 17%

Can I put villian on QQ/AQ/(AA)? Whats the chance he bluffing with JJ/AK?

first your hand looks a lot like AK, so I think he can valuebet there easily TT/JJ or also try to bluff random hands, so if you take c/c line I think you should call him down
And with KK it is not terrible to 4-bet, since pot is quite big already and he won´t put you exactly on KK and then play accordingly. More often he´d call you down if he hits his top pair hand, thinking you´re bluffing
