I presume I have to be behind at least 2pair here, but likley a set. Should I be playing bet-fold on the turn or would it be fine to just play check-call on turn and river?

      Stack
      SB:
      $5.06
      Hero:
      $5.13
      CO:
      $3.67

      0.02/0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Flop: ($0.65) 8:spade: , 4:club: , 2:heart: (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.4, CO calls $0.40, SB calls $0.40.

      Turn: ($1.85) A:diamond: (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.32, CO folds, SB raises to $2.90, Hero folds, SB gets uncalled bet back (All-In).

15/5 likely doesn´t really going to bluffraise you, so b/f turn for value is fine play. if you want you can pot control on the turn and check back to then call river bet or b/f river yourself if he checks
