not much hands but seem to be a bit loose.

the size of the bet on the flop and turn was good?
and got scared a bit on the river ,its possible he got full house or flush.
and if he check raises all in,I thought it would be so difficult to call,so I checked back.should I have bet ?

      Hello daisuke3823,

If the opponent is rather loose you can even make the bets bigger on flop and as well turn, ~$0,50 or even bigger on flop and as well near pot on turn. And I would still definitely bet the river at least $2, they are capable of calling with a lot worse and the backdoor flush is rather rare situation.

      Best regards.
