I dont like my lonely bet on the turn as he is folding not enough hands imo because even his overcards type hands from the flop now are having at least a gutshot.

Thinking in ranges I think that he is has a very weak one on the river so I am really thinking of overbet bluff here something like 13-14$. I dont think he is capable of calling this bet with near as much freq as needed to make this move -EV for me, I barely see him calling it with anything in his range to be honest.

      What do you think?

with double gutshot I think you can also raise flop to 3$, since he very often has there just air and you take pot down with 7 high and if he calls then you have equity that you can barrel turn.
Overbet river is reasonable as you played and likely have the most fold equity, although 7-8$ bet might also force him fold weaker hands than Jx, but if you feel he is going to c/c, then overbet is better option
