What do you think about my bet sizing on the river?

I thought that there is not a real difference between his acting against a 7-8$ bet or a 11 one as I made and also I assumed that an overbet is going to scare some his hands like 88-99.

      Bet bigger flop, like ~$2.
I'd bet the turn as well.
I think I'm going for a check on the river, not many worse hands will call us except JJ/QQ which is not likely in his preflop calling range...

Like how you played it, if you feel he is going to call you down then really no point checking back river and big bet seems more like bluff or nuts than just overpair
