My 3bet is so small because I thought it's very likely that 1st raiser will shove there and I just tried to make worse odds for the calller and go headsup allin...

      Does this move make sense?

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

      Known players:
      SB (Hero):
      $27.44
      BB:
      $13.64
      UTG2:
      $5.62
      MP1:
      $1.91
      MP2:
      $11.10
      MP3:
      $10.10
      CO:
      $9.80
      BU:
      $17.97

Preflop: Hero is SB with A, K.
UTG2 folds, MP1 raises to $0.20, 3 folds, BU calls $0.20, Hero raises to $0.85, BB folds, MP1 raises to $1.91, BU folds, Hero calls $1.06.

      Flop: ($4.12) 4, J, 9 (2 players)

      Turn: ($4.12) Q (2 players)

      River: ($4.12) 7 (2 players)

      Final Pot: $4.12.

      Results follow:

Hero shows high card ace(Ah Kc).
      MP1 shows a pair of threes(3d 3s).

      MP1 wins with a pair of threes(3d 3s).

      Hello KillerFishes,

Seems to be fine, you will be able to over-shove as well when he does it. If the raise would be bigger then it would cap you and doesn't let you 5bet in case the other guy wants to Call as well.

      Best regards.
