      Hey,

wondering what you thought about this.

I may have won the hand, but i could have also lost so easily.

      Give up on the turn?

      Thank you!

Don't post the results of the hand, please.

You should bet bigger on the flop (like that, you probably avoid being raised).

As played, you should usually fold OOP against his almost pot-sized raise unless you have specific reads or stats.

You can't know if your A is good if you hit it and you don't know if your straight outs are clean. You will make too many mistakes in case you hit something on the turn and you have big reverse implied odds here.

      thanks for the reply

just out of interest why do you say don't show the results? since the result is inconsequential, and my play was completely wrong? Or something like that?

as for what you say, i think you're right for bigger bet, and then just foldind. imo it was just stupid play, and like you said i would be in trouble if for example a Kc hit

      Hello Jim4rdo,

      Preflop: 4xBB.
Postflop: Rather do it like $0,12 and fold to the raise unless we really know the opponent. Otherwise I'd likely fold it on turn, we will just face too often stronger hands there than you will win.

      Best regards.

It should be explained in the sticky about hand posting rules. Posting the results will put a certain bias into the hand and subsequent replies. Since the result doesn't matter and we're usually always up against a range of hands, it shouldn't be posted in order to avoid biased judging.
