      I´d start out by calling, since although he might fold bigger overpairs, you really don´t want to play stacks on that flop.
      If he b/c, then you have to bet that turn card. he would sometimes c/rai with overpairs and might also c/c at least one street if you bet half the pot and then decide to call you down at the river
      I think he won´t call your river shove, since board is too drawy, so bet smt like 15$ and hope crying call from overpairs
