      villain is a fish, play like 50/11, 3bet is 5% about 82 hands, should I just flat preflop?

      His stack is too low that you should worry getting away QQ that spot. He can still play AK or worse hands that way, so I´d also 4-bet and get all-in pf

      Hello wxmwoaili,

      Against his stack you may as well just ship it directly over his raise as well. Just to avoid the ugly spot when he decides to Call it and we hit somewhat ugly flop or maybe he even finds a fold on flop when he doesn't hit for example with AQ/AK or whatsoever.
