CO is a loose fish 60/17 or such
I was not having much info on the BU atm of the hand, he will later evolve into a TAG looking player but if I remember corectly I did saw him in a previous hand open limping in late position.

When he cold calls my 3 bet with the fish in the pot I expect him to have lots of speculative hands in his range and this is why I took these lines and these bet sizes to shove 2/3 pot size on the turn.

Can I expect to be ahed often enough in this spot ?

He would likely call your shove with AQ and he can have there also draws like Td9d that he would also likely not fold to your turn shove. So you should be expect to be ahead enough times to shove from value.
