      question is if he would call your down or c/r flop if you´d bet that spot smt like 4-5$. I generally would like small c-bet and stacking off, since if we check then our hand is quite face up and small bet might easily induce bluffraise on the flop.
      If he doesn't bet turn then I think he would not go to c/r, so you should bet turn to get value from pair+ maybe higher flushdraws
