[NL2-NL10] NL10 Sh Bluffing the river?

I isolated very loose/passive player preflop with a marginal hand. I floped 2nd pair and also the board was good for CB, so I did it. On blank turn I went for 2nd barrel, but I wouldn't as I see now.

Can I bluff the river (representing an A) in case where I bet the turn (and made a mistake IMO)? Can I bluff the river in case I just check the turn back?

      His stats: 42/8/55/0,8/24/78/79 (VPIP/PFR/FtoCB/AF/WTSD/W$SD/Hands)

      Flop: ($1.15) 9, 8, 9 (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $0.70, CO calls $0.70.

      Turn: ($2.55) 5 (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $1.50, CO calls $1.50.

      River: ($5.55) A (2 players)
      CO checks, Hero checks.

      Final Pot: $5.55.
      Results follow:

CO shows two pairs, tens and nines(T T).
Hero shows two pairs, nines and eights(Q 8).

      Hello Alleen86,

Preflop: Rather fold such hands against those opponents. We don't have much fold equity anyways postflop.

      As played
Postflop: Somehow should be fine for the reason that we have there TP. And likely would as well Check behind on river.

      Best regards.
