Thieves from WH?!

      Dear Pokestrategy support,


      I passed activation of ID card on pokerstrategy,
      I passed activation of ID card on William Hill,
      I registered my VISA electron card there,
      I lost my starting free capital from Pokerstategy - 50$,
      I deposited 30EUR from my VISA electron card,

      now when I earned 50EUR and tried to WITHDRAW,
      they blocked my account, it is really not fair...

      Have you send to them your personal data? this is the scam every poker website DOES EVERY one!!!!
      except poker stars; send id/bills,drivers license and they probably unblock your acc, if not threaten them posting about cheating in every forum you can find
      Same happened to me with Full tilt bastards holded my 60$ for like 7 days after receiving my data , aarrrrr

      P.S. pm what was your vp/ip hand % u played there?

      They have verified my PERSONAL DATA (id card, visa electron card...)

      Unlucky, keep emailing support about it. I withdrew $200 a few days ago without trouble. I live in England though so that may make things easier on William Hill, i'm not sure.

      It is not correct to first verify my account (when I want to send them money), and then again block it (when I want to they send me money).

      agree..ft blocked my 360 dollar when tried to cash out, pokerstars is the most honest site.....and good support

      please contact the William Hill support. As long as you don´t know why they blocked your account is it impossible to give any advice.

      I have send them copy of VISA Electron card and copy of some bills...

      Well, WH support _is_ slow to respond, but they're not nearly as bad as Full Tilt. The idiots at Full Tilt can take two weeks to send an autoresponder acknowledgement to a customer service request.

      Many online poker sites require copies of your government ID and often other documents in order to verify your identity before you cash out. This is not because they want to be a**holes but because they are sitting ducks for prosecution and litigation from various governments and stand to lose a LOT of money if they violate any country's fraud laws. WH especially is a British-regulated bookmaking site and constantly has the British government looking over its shoulder. If they get accused of money laundering it could be very bad for them. On the other hand, because they are so heavily regulated, they are safer than most places for you to submit copies of your ID to. I would have no trouble doing it if they asked.

      They verified my bill yesterday, but did not answer anything about VISA card, can't realise how are they so slow....


      In first email I send copy of VISA card, in second email I send copy of bill... Still waiting for answer on 1st email...

      I need to verify my account too before i can make a cashout so:
      i scaned my VISA card, but should I cover all the number or just some?
      Other question. They asked for a collusion check. What is a collusion check?
