cant register for deposit

      When I am prompted to fill out the fields to register an account for deposit I get the following error:

      "Sorry, but your telephone country entered code is not a recognised country code, please re-enter."

      I am entering the correct phone number and area code, but it still will not process.

      Hey therhox,

      May I ask where you from? Could be that there is a country restriction (but I don't think they would check that through a phone number).

      Please check if your country code is not already selected in the software. Then try the format with the +35012345 and the format with the zeros: 0035012345.

      In any case, tell me how it went please.
