      The bets on the flop and turn were for protection against overcards and flush draws. I had also considered c/c the turn for pot control and c/f the river if another diamond hits.

      Nah, I like your play actually and as well the Check/Call on river to induce missed draws to bet. Nice hand! Also sometimes against stations you could just bet yourself the river for value.
