I don't know exact reasons for checking the turn actually. When he calls flop I think he has most likely flushdraw,99,QJ KQ KT 33.
I really don't know why I took this line which is super exploitable since when i check/call turn my hand is most likely not going to hold on river shove except for a set but even with it it's a Herocall and bluffcatcher. He is kinda good though and i expect him sometimes to turn made hands into bluffs and also bluff +valuebet pretty wide on river with shove.

Starting from turn how should i play? B/call turn ?check/call ? what abour rivers? Also what about betting turn and facing blank or bad river ?

With overpair and nut fd I´d bet/shove turn, since I think sometimes players can raise turn with worse hands and his hand range isn´t really just two pair+ that would raise turn
But if you don´t want to play for stacks you can go for pot control and c/c. You can fold river if you don´t think he is turning made hands into bluff and overbet shove is mostly for value, but if he´d bet smt like 8$ I would call him down, since he can valuebet that spot AQ or turning his 9T into bluff.
