      Hi, :)

I have just 4 hands with him. On the Flop, the Flop is dry, I put his range on Qx, 33, 77, 56. I just call with way ahead/way behind and I don't thing raising is good here because no worse hand will call it. On the River, I made a block bet and go for bet/fold if villain raise. How do you play this hand? Thanks :s_biggrin:

      Hi,

Why are you posting the results JHTAN? Especially a veteran poster like you should know it doesn't benefit you at all qua judging ;)

I think you can shove the Flop better OOP because as you can see he is checking back a lot of Turncards with TP

As played I would just bet $0.7 on the River for decent value

      Best regards,
      Gerv

Sorry for posting it. It is just for fun only. I will not post it again if you don't like it.
      Sorry again :f_grin:

But the Flop has $0.47 only. Is that too risky to overbet shove $1.98 on the Flop?
I think no worse hand will call it ( I doubt TPTK will call it) and no better hand will fold it.
Besides, as played do you bet $0.7 on the River and call the villain shove?

      Thanks

Obviously I mean shove after he check/minraises ;)

It's ridonkulous to shove as a cbet in a $0.47 pot

      Best regards,

      Hi Gerv,

Why you don't answer my second question? ;)
      I repeat the question,
Do you bet $0.70 on the river and call Villain shove? Thanks :)

Well can you reason out yourself if 1) betting river makes sense as played and 2) if calling a shove is +Ev or not by determining a range

I will have a look at it when you respond ;)

      Hi Gerv,

      Thank you for your reply.
Actually, I ask this question because you said that you will bet $0.7 on river for decent value. So, I mean by betting smaller we can get away(fold) cheaply if villain raise shove on River. But, I would like to listen to your advice about it.
      Thanks :)

I think he is not shoving very often but will call with a Qx, Tx often so thats why I said 0.7$ rather than $0.4. Also $0.4 looks more like a blockbet and I tend to shove over tha with a lot of air
