      river i got 12 left into pot of 21.At what point should I maybe consider check/folding or maybe check/calling(if he had QT?to balance the time he has mostly flushes?or I am wrong with his range.

      since board is really drawy and I´m not really sure that he would even call our turn bet with QQ/KK I think I would just overbet shove turn to protect my hand and make him think I have some kind of flushdraw
      River sucks, but you can´t really c/f, and since he can call us down with two pair hands I like putting him all-in
