Well technically a steal is any open raise (with no limpers or raisers before) from CO, BU or SB. So a resteal is a reraise of a raise that is a steal. Even when CO raises with KK and BU reraises with AA it's still steal-resteal situation, just a collision of both opponents top ranges.

      Hey,

I should not really be 3betting with KQs but after observing the villain in qustion I thought it would be enough, in either event, below is an example of a resteal.

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

      Known players:
      UTG2:
      $6.00
      MP1:
      $5.14
      MP2:
      $7.48
      MP3:
      $2.31
      CO:
      $5.93
      BU:
      $4.86
      SB:
      $4.12
      BB (Hero):
      $2.47
      UTG1:
      $15.20

Preflop: Hero is BB with K, Q.
7 folds, SB raises to $0.12, Hero raises to $0.37, SB folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $0.12.

      Cheers,
      AKM
