Is it OK to c-bet on such a flop?

Turn, I thought, was a good card to 2nd barrel, but once again he calls.

Now, on the river, my logic is that with a strong hand, he prolly would have raised the turn. He could have only called with a Q, but that was not likely because of the flop action.

So I was thinking that he is not really very comfortable and my line looks strong, I can easily have AA, KK, QQ here, plus the idea of just c/folding the river did not look attractive indeed.

Is this logical or is it pure spew which worked this particular time?

      Hello Pkrpains,

Against unknown it's somewhat a spew since you can't be sure that he is laying down his smaller PPs. And often times I might even just give it up in 3bet pot on turn while the 2nd barrel would cost too much for us.

      Best regards.
