Neteller problems?

      Anyone else experiencing Neteller difficulties at the moment? My account has been disabled, the online support won't respond to my emails, and when I ring them, they tell me no phone support is currently available, use the online email system.

      it's been 3 week since my signed up, i sent them photo id, bills etc..first they said prudential insurance is not legal company....lol..then i sent them again my credit cards bill..still waiting

      Hello Ingrid,

      I tried to login on the official neteller website. The login failed.

      Simulaneously i was informed that my account has been deactivated and there was a link to contact customer so i could activate it again.

      As i followed that link a new tab opened up in my browser and i could choose between online help (kind of FAQ), Web/E-mail support and telephone (+14034518020).

      At telephone support i was first asked to type in my account id, then i was informed that i could not reach support at time. (I tried a lot of times at different times and different workdays)

      None of my mails were respondet until now.


      I can't see a way to contact someone there right now. Paradoxically i get commercial mails weekly.

      thank you for that quick resonse.

      I still got no responst from Neteller, but when i try to login now i can see the customer support phone number and e-mail adress without opening a new tab, so i wrote them again, because phone support is still not working.

      As soon as i get a mail from neteller i let you know.

      after posting the problem here on ps.com everything worked out fine. My account was un-blocked totay.

      same problem here. My account got closed like 4 weeks ago. It says i entered the wrong password 3 times in a row so my account is temporary closed. I wrote like 10 Mails tried to contact them via phone but no response. Man i am desperate :( .

      Would be nice if a ps Moderator can help because i saw u have a cooperation with neteller.
