So my electricity went off earlier on in the day and the computer was turned off as it would with no electricty! Problem is now when I go to open elephant it shuts down without anything coming up at all and is wanting me to send a microsoft report.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Backed up caches and deleted everything to do with the program itself and reinstalled without any luck.

Any help would be much appreciated!

      Hey Nayteee,

depending on your operating systems there are 2 different paths to the user.config file which you have to delete.

      XP:

      C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Application Data\PokerStrategy.com\Elephant.exe_StrongName_qjkpqy3zxqb5yraibpzz3bzqqvbww4zo\

The part after "_StrongName_" is different for your installation.

      Vista/Win7:

      C:\Users\<name>\AppData\Local\PokerStrategy.com\Elephant.exe_StrongName_...\Version

Only delete the "user.config" file (XML format).
