      rather bet full pot on the flop for maximal protection - this is one of the worst flops for you. And against a raise, you either have to go broke or fold, you can´t really call here, I think folding is the best solution. You have to think about what is his PF calling range and what can he now be raising the flop with. Too many hands in his range crush you. (lot of 2 pair hands, sets etc. you beat some combo draws atm, but they still have very decent equity against you)

      Flop: Likely would make it even bigger on flop ~$0,30 and fold to the raise. There are just so many combos which beat us, any sets, any 2pair, any straight possible and so on. Even against some pair+combo draw we might at the best get a flip.

      River: Not much you can do, I guess I would just ship it here as you went that far, he will anyways Check behind worse hands while he could still Call with them.
