Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      BB:
      $20.00
      MP2:
      $13.40
      MP3 (Hero):
      $122.50
      CO:
      $83.75
      BU:
      $249.80
      SB:
      $20.00

      Preflop: Hero is MP3 with T, T.
MP2 folds, Hero raises to $1.75, 2 folds, SB raises to $5.75, 2 folds, Hero folds, SB gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $2.25.

Villain-unknown.I can't ship it for value vs unknown here since his range should far too strong for me to have the necessary 47 equity, right?

Since you pot it and he still decided to 3-bet you I think fold is better than shove, since he shouldn´t dot hat often with AJ and almost never with bluffs, so his most likely hand range are AK, JJ+ that crushes your TT
With JJ I´d shove, since he can 3-bet TT and sometimes also raise/fold smt like AQ
