      should i cbet or not? i think his range is A heavy. and at the same time if he calls me down with a float, i cant barrel the turn and neither can i call his turn bet.

      I´d prefer c-bet and then playing on turn either c/c or c/f. he can still have broadway hands that he is floating on the flop.
      This way your hand isn´t face up and you don´t have to guess if player is bluffing or not
      So you basically have to c/c him down especially if he bets small
