Villains-unknown.Should I be donking out on the flop?Should I be barreling turn? What is the best play on the river-c/f?My plan was to block bet/fold but I failed to notice how small villain's stack was so I was forced to call once he shoved with the odds I was getting.

I´d likely start out 3-betting pf with TT since that seems strong enough hand to take initiative.
Bet/shoving flop is fine with your equity
Since K is scare card and I don´t want to b/f I think I´d just c/c turn and c/c river letting him to bluff worse hands
Hard to imagine he would call you down with worse hands so I think I´d check and either c/c or c/f consider his bet size. If he shoves I think you can fold
