      i don't have many hands on villain but he seems kind of fishy. he isn't playing either short, middle or big stacked, and he's a 20/11.

      since his stack size is so short you can´t really b/f river your tptk, also I´m not sure if he would call you down with worse hands if you shove river.
      I think I´d go 7$ valuebet and call his river shove other option would be check, but very often he would check back his worse hands and bet only his flushses or two pair hands, so you can consider then c/f is he shoves
