Since you bet that small on the river I´d b/c, since he can sometimes bluffraise his missed draws
If you´d bet 0.5-0.6$ then I think b/f is better option

      Hello staktas,

Flop: Often times on such boards which are very drawy I would put even a bigger CBet on flop like $0,14.
Turn: And as well bigger bet on turn ~$0,30 at least.
River: And while he has some kind of small AF therefore I wouldn't really expect him to bluff that often with missed draws I would just bet myself here to get value from some 9x hand, although I would do it like $0,50 and fold to the raise.

      Best regards.
