      I think its a good fold once he does that and keeps it up on the turn. When you 3-bet in this positions he will be setmining a lot and when they do the minraise the flop and don't give up on the turn its a set a lot of the time.

      he should fold 33 pf, if he has there 99/JJ I think it is cooler so I would likely still shove flop with aces, since you have no reads tot he player, he might min-raise that spot for value AJ or QQ, sometimes even KK and to fold aces on quite safe board is not really the best way until you have some really strong read
