      With that information and how the board went I'd call him down here every time.

      You only have to be good less than 1 in 3 times here.

      Seems for value, but since he plays so many hands I think I´d also call him down. he can easily have there smt like J2s and now decides to bluff river. Also he shouldn´t bet that big on the river with 9x, so it is either Ax or some kind of air
