Villain is unknown, but I assumed he's not a fish.

Is that line correct? Should I raise turn? Fold sooner?

I'd play the same. Folding the turn with out picking up OSED equity, but with your 11 outs you can call the turn IP.

Any thoughts on raising turn? I'm not getting great odds on the turn.

the way you played, I also like raising turn more the following reasons:
      - you´re deep so he can easily b/f that spot with just all his one pair hands, since you also rep two pair/straight or set by raising turn
      - he might easily b/f his flushdraws that has equity against your hand and might barrel on blank river where you have to fold your hand
      - he can´t barrel 3 times with his air
      - he should b/f all his middle pp-s
and in the end you have 10 outs to improve your hand if you´re behind against AK and you can consider bluffing him on spade rivers.
