      he can have some combo draw, like KdQd, but most likely AQ+, including AJ and 77
      I tihnk you can´t get him fold his range on the turn, so if you raise there he would either shove or call with better hand
      So I like just calling and maybe giving pot away on the river. He might b/f river but without no history and consider that 4 is blank I think he might also b/c his AJ, so only hand you make him fold is KQd, QTd, sometimes also 89d, T9d. SO if you want you can min-raise river, but generally fold is better. 19/8 would not make there too many moves without made hands
