      Villain's stats:

Q: What do you think about my betsizing?

Q: Could there be an argument about leading the flop myself
as he could be checking his A high flushdraws back?

      Q: What bout 3betting pre-flop?
I personally think, that cold-calling premiums and overall all pocketpairs
is better in this spot as I create a lot of fold ewuity,
when I 3bet BB vs. UTG.

Since he is so loose I think you can also 3-bet pf to take initiative, but call should also be fine.
Q: What do you think about my betsizing?
      - I´d c/r smaller to 12$ to look like I´m bluffing or having draws rather hand that I would want to protect.

Q: Could there be an argument about leading the flop myself
as he could be checking his A high flushdraws back?
      - he would not check back his A high flushdraw and I doubt any flushdraw at all. Since players would likely not raise that flop without two pair and they might also get all-in with two pair even if you c/r I like your play going to c/r rather than bet/3-betting
