      i guess he could 2 barrel with many marginal hands, but i dont really like my call on the river cuz he would check those imo.

      Hmmm I think it's a pretty standard hand vs a maniac tbh. Although it depends if you had observed him 3 barrelling previously. I'd probably take the same line, he's betting small on all streets and from a maniac I take that as an indication of weakness. On the river he bets under 1/2 pot, and with you calling the flop and turn and holding a hand with showdown value there is no way you can fold to that river bet imo.

      It's important vs these type of players to try and get a read for their bet sizing (and timing tells).

      Knowing he is super aggro and getting ~25% on the river I'll make that call every time (given no reads). We have a decent chance to be good and more importantly a chance to learn about his betting patterns.
