      If you´re not really comfortable calling down BU 3-barrel on Kxx boards then I think you should take different approach.
      I would suggest b/f flop, turn and then c/c river. Result may be the same but then you don´t have to be guessing if he is bluffing or not and very often you get your free showdown if you have shown aggression on the flop and turn.
      If you take c/c line then you shouldn´t fold, since he can bet there worse Kx hands or also has a lot of times missed draws, AQ, QT, T9
