Tracked fail. need help from PokerStrategy

      I have been registered an account at BetFred yesterday. I ghost my windows to default to clear and clean everything; I goto PokerStrategy Website to get link to download. I download software; I registered new account.

      I saw I fill in not fully my address then I ask BF's support center to change it. And I ask them to confirm I'd been tracked by PokerStrategy. and they said my tracking system fail.


      I have contact their support center a few times and they cont recommend I contact our support for more help. yesterday, John said If PS contact them, the re-tracking could be happen.

      Have you already opened a ticket for this with our support team?

      Poker rooms don't usually allow us to retrack accounts unless (as it appears in your case) it's a genuine mistake at first registration.

      Please drop your information to our support team and they will do everything they can to get you tracked. If this isn't possible, you may need to choose a different poker room, but let's see what can be done first.
